According to the results of the 5th National Rating of Technoparks of Russia 2019, published by the Association of Clusters and Technoparks of Russia on September 20, ULNANOTECH nanocenter entered the Group with the highest level of efficiency (A+). In total, 41 participants from 22 regions entered the rating in 2019.
Ulyanovsk nanocenter is the 1st for annual revenue growth of residents, the 2nd for labor productivity in the technology park, 3rd for the R&D costs in the volume of shipped goods, and the 5th for innovative activity of residents.
To recap, the National Rating of Russian Technoparks is conducted in order to identify and replicate the best practices of technopark management and evaluate the contribution of technoparks to the development of the high-tech sector of the country's economy. Technoparks were evaluated using 22 indicators divided into 5 groups (sub-indices): S1 – “Innovation activity of technopark residents”, S2 – “Economic activity of technopark residents”, S3 – “Efficiency of the technopark management company”, S4 – “Investment attractiveness of the technopark” and S5 – “Information openness of the technopark and contribution to sustainable development”.
Based on the results of calculating the indicators, technoparks - rating participants were divided into four groups: highest, high, moderately high and sufficient level of efficiency of a technopark. The leaders of the rating will be awarded at the IV annual practical conference “Industrial Russia 4.0”, which will be held on November 29, 2019 in Moscow.
